Issue activating sim after eSIM

Can someone please help me install a sim card when I've previously had an eSIM. I've called sky 6 times to sort out activating an eSIM and nothing has worked so they assured me that a proper sim was the answer but when I go to activate on my account it thinks I have an eSIM and won't let me activate! Help!!

I have exactly the same issue. Previously had an esim, but now have a replacement sim in my phone that I cannot activate online. 

 

Please help.
