Issue Receiving Two-Step Verification Text Messages

Dear Sky Mobile Support Team,

 

I hope you are well.

 

I am writing to report an issue with my mobile number, as I am currently not receiving two-step authentication (2FA) verification text messages. This is preventing me from accessing certain accounts and services that rely on SMS verification.

 

I have confirmed that my phone has signal, can send and receive regular messages, and does not have any obvious settings blocking these texts. However, verification codes from various services are not coming through.

Could you please investigate whether there may be an issue with my number, such as message filtering or blocking of short-code or automated messages? I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.

Nope - this is primarily a customer helps customer forum.

 

What did Sky say when you reported this issue directly to them?
