Is there a number to call to speak to a real person?

I've just bought a new phone, on virtual chat I was advised unlimited data would be £15pm, the virtual assistant was beyond useless even after they had transferred my chat to an expert.  The website kept having issues and I lost the chat conversation.  After much frustration I decided to take another look and the unlimited data was advertised at £29pm, almost double what the expert had told me.  I clicked into the unlimited data to find out more and before i knew it I had signed up to unlimted data at £29pm.  Now the virtual assistant button has disappeared,  nowhere to be seen [do they close at 6pm midweek .... I cant even find out when the virtual chat is available]

I cannot afford £29pm but wanted to discuss the £15pm .. no matter where I go, there is zero support available, just another link to this that or another, I have been going around in frustrated circles for more than 2 hours.

You might want to put in a complaint via this link:

https://www.sky.com/help/complaints

This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.

There is an offer available via the VIP section of the MySky app for unlimited data at £15 or £10 a month if your VIP level is Diamond.
