Whenever my wife rings the landline at home the line disconnects as soon as I answer. She has sky SIM only in a Google pixel 8a bought from online EE store. We have sky package including calls broadband etc. The SIM was new, replaced because previous ceased working in old phone (Moto g8power). The pixel has been replaced by Google because we complained of this issue. However the new pixel has same problem. Any solutions please?
