Iphone return

To whom it may concern,

When I signed up for my new phone contract I opted to send my old phone back to you as a part exchange. I sent the parcel via a Royal Mail postal locker last Wednesday and had confirmation it had been scanned correctly. I have been checking the tracking link (it said it was 48 hour tracked) but it still says Royal Mail are ‘waiting for it’. I have tried to contact Royal Mail to get an update but fear they have lost it.

Please can you confirm if you have received it and Royal Mail just hasn’t updated the tracking? If you have not had it, please can you let me know so I can confirm to Royal Mail?

Many thanks in advance,

Ryan Vincent

If you are new to the forum or this is your first post then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

Devices returned as part of a swap are taking quite a few weeks to be processed and it's certainly too early yet just one week down the line.

We're other customers here so cannot do that...

Sky are taking 3-4 weeks to process swaps due to the recent iPhone release.  They probably have it but if Royal Mail have lost it then you need to claim from them - if you used standard post then compensation may be limited to £20 unless you paid extra for insurance.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
