Hi @Caroline2025  when the 17's came out Apple announced they were discontinuing the 16 Pro and 16 pro max which could be causing supply issues. Keep an eye on your order status for updates.

As above, it may never come...  Apple's strategy is to have the latest model in the Pro.  (Apple no longer have the 16 Pro available from their store)

 

You may get 'lucky' with some stock in the future.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
