Iphone 16 pro max purchase not loading

On the sky app, when purchasing the Iphone 16 Pro Max on the mobile section of the sky app, you're able to choose colour, accessories, sim etc, but when you reach the "purchase" page, it does not load and only shows a white screen, even after waiting.
