Invoice number can’t find

I have tried to look for an invoice number which I need to claim a watch from Samsung, in the message centre but it's not there. I bought the Samsung phone on the 6/9/25.

There is no invoice number as such. 

You need to use your credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
