Invoice for new device

Hi I ordered a new phone yesterday and need to do the claim and asking for proof of purchase but none of emails that have come through are showing a receipt/invoice number?

There is no invoice number as such.

 

If this is for claiming a gift you need to use your credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Thank you its for the cash claimback so saying proof of purchase with invoice number product ordered and logo also date of purchase

I got the same thing when I ordered the galaxy s26 ultra where you get a galaxy watch 8 free I phoned sky and they just sent me an email with the product details and the imei number and the date of purchase but that's not what samsung wants they want a proper invoice or receipt.

They are aware of what Sky issue (and accept it).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
