Invalid IMEI

Hello I am trying to calim my free chromebook following buying a new phone and signing up to sky but whem i try submit my claim it errors with an invalid IMEI

Is it actually asking for your INEI as usually you can provide the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

It should also be in your credit agreement I believe so have you tried this, as this should be found in your message centre:
