Internet is playing up on different network

Hi I have a sky mobile contract but I kept my old tariff but now the 4g internet is not working while out and bout but I need it for work. Would a sky sim card be better and work better in the internet

Hopefully as we can't say for sure what your network signal would be but all we can point out is if you do take out a Sky sim then it will come with a 12 month contract.

I have a SIM card I got with my contract phone few months ago. I didn't activate it as I was with giffgaff but the network is rubbish. I need to have 4g working at all times when im

not at on. The WiFi

If SIM cards aren't activated within 30 days they expire and can no longer be activated @Sammi5, if you want a new sky sim then go to sky.com and choose one with a plan that suits you.

GIffgaff and Sky both use the O2 network. If the signal is poor or data is slow in your area, then switching from Giffgaff to Sky won't make any difference as they are the same network.

You need to move to EE, Vodafone or Three (or a virtual provider that uses one of those networks).
