Hi @Shelly41  only if you have taken out insurance, they are not covered by anything with sky by default.

What's the issue with them?

 

If you've lost them then there's no automatic cover as per @63johnw but faults may be covered by warranty.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
