Ingram repair

So sent my daughters iPhone 15 for repair in November they said they found a fault and couldn't fix so sending new device dpd said they couldn't deliver we waited all day and have ring doorbell proof that nobody turned up ive rang over 40 times and got nowhere 2 weeks ago they rang and apologised and escalated the complaint and promised to call me back ive heard nothing im so angry sky have treated me terribly

Once a complaint has been lodged Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a deadlock letter.
