Increase in mobile bill this month

When I have reviewed my mobile bill this month I can see I have been charged twice for Joseph's device causing my bill to increase by over £30 month on month.

@Claire-Beason  You're not talking to Sky Custiomer service by posting here,  what does the bill breakdown show. 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Claire-Beason  have you checked this is for the same device (not a swap and new one) and covering the same period ? If yes then call sky on 150 for help.
