Incorrect order
Sky sent me 3 phones by mistake instead of 1... I spent my free time repacking them and physically taking their mistaken handsets to the post office to return. Then; when sending my SIM card they again accidentally sent 2 iPads, of which again I had to spend my time repacking and returning.
now imagine my shock and surprise when my bill comes for £166 for 5 items that I don't have! When complained to Sky customer they said it would be refunded within 24 hours... that was 5 days ago!

Did you receive a call a while back offering you a 40% discount on your bills?
Did you actually order any items yourself?

next call will be to the police for fraud and theft!
The police won't help! What do you think they are going to say, they will tell you to go back to Sky!
