Incorrect information

Good Evening,

 

I was down at Dymchurch beach yesterday and received a message from Sky saying that I was in France and would be charged £2 per day to use my data. I am within the uk and not France. Please make sure I do not get charged.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Being so close to the French coast you've obviously picked up a French phone mast. You'll have to contact Sky to dispute the charge.
