Incorrect data bundle showing

I should have 6gb of data available on 2 handsets but I have only been given 1gb on each.

Why is everything so difficult to get sorted with Sky?

I'm forced to use my piggyback to keep me in data, will I get it back? I doubt it.

I won't be renewing with Sky after this, over 35 years as a customer and this is how you're treat for your loyalty.

Ok, when activated you get a pro-rata amount of data until the rollover date.

Given you've got 1GB means you're probably close and the next cycle will be the full allowance.  (You are charged pro-rata too)
