Incorrect billing

My next bill has a duplicate charge for my phone taking it up an extra £30 - how can I get it removed before the direct debit is taken?

Then it won't be 'removed'...

 

(Changing the date doesn't just move the date - it recalculates and can trigger a double instalment to ensure the repayment term is complied with)

 

If you have temporary issues paying then you can request a payment holiday for credit items.  But it is probably too late for this payment.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-payment-holiday

 

You can always call Sky and see if there's anything they can do but missed payments can be reflected on your credit file.
