Incoming call issue

Since this morning I haven't been able to receive incoming calls, phone rings but when I answer there's no sound and the timer stays at 00:00 but looks like a 'live' call otherwise. I can make calls with no problem. I have done everything that's been suggested online, toggle airplane mode, turned phone off and on, reset network settings and removed SIM card but still the same issue. IOS 18.7.7

Im having the same issue today. Ive been told my phone will go to voicemail or it will say this number is not available. Or you have dialled a wrong number.

So hopefully a network issue then! I also had someone say they got number not recognised!
