@ALAN250 That's not a Sky mobile issue, you will have to look for the settings in your email client/app to stop overnight updates(usually means turning off auto sync).

The emails would still download during the day so is the question more that their notifications are sounding during the night? If so then there should be an option to disable notifications during certain hours - a sleep or do not disturb mode.
