I am 31, don't have a credit card. I have now called SEVEN times to ask Sky mobile to remove parental control from my sim, in the span of 2 months. EVERY SINGLE TIME they apologised and said they would solve it within 24 to 48 hours, that the previous agent had done a mistake and that they guaranteed they would solve it. I have never had this problem with any mobile provider. I definetly feel like I've made a terrible mistake signing a contract with sky, I feel not listened to and misled. Never felt so frustrated with any customer service. I want to cancel my contract with Sky immediately. I will let anyone I know not to ever get a sky mobile account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOnly a credit card will suffice as you've found (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is by calling Sky.
