Impossible to turn off parental control

I am 31, don't have a credit card. I have now called SEVEN times to ask Sky mobile to remove parental control from my sim, in the span of 2 months. EVERY SINGLE TIME they apologised and said they would solve it within 24 to 48 hours, that the previous agent had done a mistake and that they guaranteed they would solve it. I have never had this problem with any mobile provider. I definetly feel like I've made a terrible mistake signing a contract with sky, I feel not listened to and misled. Never felt so frustrated with any customer service. I want to cancel my contract with Sky immediately. I will let anyone I know not to ever get a sky mobile account.

Only a credit card will suffice as you've found (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is by calling Sky.

Hi @Fil3  do you have a credit agreement with sky as they should use that to remove the controls if you don't have access to a credit card.

OMG IM PULLING MY HAIR OUT TRYING 5O REMOVE THIS PARENTAL CONTROL...IM 41 **bleep** . I don't have a credit card and am regretting ever getting sky sim card.😡😡

If you have taken out a device contract then Sky will be able to turn it off for you so give them a call on 150. If you are a sim only customer then you only option is to use a credit card from someone else,
