Hello I have contract for 36 months after 24 I can swap for new device this be on 28.10.25 but I see I'm not eligible I try contact sky but everywhere is robot absolutely nightmare can't speak with human I look for any help is terrible

I try but there is a robot and don't understand what I ask for about the call for 150 is impossible for me because SIM card never work I give up and take a contract for sim with another company so how I can ask for help with this situation or just leave it and take new mobile with other company because sky have terrible customer service
