If i pay off a device how long until i can get a new one

My daughters mobile was stolen and need to get her a replacement however, i currently have 5 devices which I know is my maximum. One of them only has £30-£40 left to pay on it and was wondering, if I paid that off would I then be able to get a new device?

Hi @Lisakm86  it can take up to 150 days for the device to clear from your account to allow an online order. This can be speeded up by calling sky on 150 to place the order.

Short answer is yes.
