IVA phone upgrade

Hi,

I've had a IVA for nearly a year . It's time to upgrade. But sky said I can't upgrade. There are no debts involving sky . I've googled and even with a letter from the IVA company it won't make a difference. Is there anything I can do ?

Is this because you have failed the credit check or because it says it isn't time to upgrade ?

If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record.
