You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Now you've paid "all debts" have you still got a Sky subscription because that will still require a payment method to be set up?

If the phone has been paid off in full then no further payments should be taken for it but will for the simnless you cancel or move the number to a different network.
