I was charged £45 for data when I was in Morocco, My mobile data was off the whole time I was there and my phone was on flight mood. I only used the hotels WiFi. So please let know how I incurred this charges.

Hi @Chade when did you turn off your data and turn on flight mode ? You aren't talking to sky CS here it's mainly customers helping customers.

Did you make calls and send text messages that didn't use something like WhatsApp ?

Was data and roaming turned off before you left the UK ?

That was many GIGAbytes - obviously without a spendcap.
