My sky mobile number was linked to my wifes sky household account, Iv'e been trying to unlink my number from her account to begin a sky mobile account of my own using my own details, I have gone through the process of starting a new account with another provider (Tesco) as requested by a sky representative. I have now received a PAC number from Tesco to enable me to rejoin sky but when I enter my own sky id with my own mobile number it keeps showing my wifes details. I have been informed previously by a sky rep that it has already been unlinked but it obviously hasn't. I have a new sky sim ready to be inserted. How can I start a new sky account using my own email address and mobile number without my wifes details appearing? I would appreciate your advice please. thanks

Posted by a Sky employeeHi there @John149 this is something you need to talk to a specialist team to get support on. The team is called IDM or Sky ID team. You cannot get to them via the normal modes of contact, you need to specifically be transferred to them.
