Hi i want to return my mobile actually my mind change I want to iphone 15Pro please can you change that

Hi @Aminah-siddiqui you need to call sky on 150 to arrange your return, it can't be done here or online. If you then want a different phone you will need to order it, you will also face further credit checks.

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky as stated by @63johnw and they will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here
