I want to make a complaint regarding getting incorrect Pack code information
I have a sky mobilke account which my partner is linked to, and whilst I have already left and am with a different mobile provider, my partner is still using sky. For months, both my partner and I have tried to obtain a pack code so that he can go to a different provider. This would mean that we could finally close the account and leave Sky for good. It's been a nightmare from start to finish. Unfortunately, none of the help and support we have been provided has helped. We both feel that because my partner wants to leave SKY, they are putting numerous obstacles in his way that are stopping him from leaving. We have had enough and want to go to an ombudsman service to get this sorted once an for all. We only need a pack code

Hi @Lyndon58 as this isn't sky CS here no one will see your complaint and respond from sky. Use the link below to make a formal complaint, sky then have 8 weeks to solve and if not you can then go to the ombudsman.

What is happening when your partner sends the text message to obtain the pac as per this:
