I want to lower my data plan from 100GB to 3GB but it’s not showing me the options

I started on a 3GB data plan, raised it to 100GB for what I intended to be for 1 month but it won't let me lower it now back to 3GB. I can't afford 100GB a month

You can only lower it to whatever plan is available now, so if there is no 3GB plan then you will have to lower it to an alternative one.
