I phone defaults to new number even though transfer should have been activated
Issues with transferring phone number to sky. Need help since new phone defaults to new number even tough pac code issued and supposedly transferred to sky from other provider. Tried changing the number via settings but still defaults to the new number not my old number

Re: I phone defaults to new number even though transfer should have been activated
Hi @Leesa3 try this.
Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

You could also reset the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
