I need to order a replacement sim for a new phone model Samsung s 24 fe. How do I order this as its an upgrade and there a no options to get one sent out?

Only Sky can order a replacement sim for you so if you have another phone that has a working Sky som in it then the number to call them on is just 150 otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

What happened to your current SIM? (You usually move SIMs between phones)

(Actual replacements can only be ordered by calling Sky)
