Need my puk. NUmber for my sky mobile as I want to change from sky to a new supplier and keep my same number can't get through to sky and it's saying my date of birth wrong who should I contact driving me nuts

Hi @Dorischops its a PAC you need, a PUK is different.

if you can't get it by text you will need to preserve on the phone.
