@Peugeot+307 You say you recently left Sky mobile, when doing so did you cancel your sim? If you did and the service has stopped then  you cannot get a PAC code.

If you didn't cancel the sim or the service hasn't already stopped you should be able to get a PAC code by texting  PAC to 65075 for free from your Sky SIM.

No my sim has been turned off so I can't use it to get my pac code that's why I'm asking for it

If the sim has been cancelled (I presume that is what you mean by "turned off") then you can not get a pac  code for it as the number is gone and can not be retrieved.

Hi @Peugeot+307  you have to get a PAC and give it to the new network, once that PAC is used then the sky contract is cancelled automatically. If you have cancelled your sky contract already then that number will be gone.

Done in the wrong order, but you may be able to retrieve it within 30 days of cancelling but you will need to call Sky to manually issue one (if they can).
