I don't know what the hell a postcode is. At first I thought it was a zip code but now I'm lost.

A postcode is what is known as a Zip code in America, so it should be on anything sent to your via the post.

This is a UK site and this Sky is a UK service - if you are in the USA trying to do something then you're looking at the wrong place.
