I just started purchase of a new device. I’ve signed the credit agreement but all info has disappeared from my screen before I’ve completed. Is the agreement/ phone held in a basket or do I need to start the process again?

Thank you! Looks like I need to start the whole process again! Not ideal......no idea why there isn't a basket, very strange system!
