I have sent a mobile device wrongly to the returns address for Broadband

I bought an Apple watch and realized it was too small for my wrists. I called to return the device and the advisor said I would receive a return package, I did not so I searched Sky address online and I saw an address. Days later, I realized I had returned it to the Mobile and TV address, not the Broadband. I have been calling since January and this has not been resolved. What can I do?

@Digitsqueen

We are fellow customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. Unfortunately we aren't going to be able help you resolve this issue. You'll have to persevere in calling Sky periodically for updates but if they haven't tracked it down in six months then I think it's unlikely to be found now.
