I started a new contract with Sky last year and requested to keep my old number - got the PAC code etc.
When I send an iMessage for example, my new number appears to recipients but I requested to keep my old one.
Everyone keeps asking me if I have a new number! How do I fix this so my old number appears to recipients?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Cat864 go to settings, phone, my number and update it there, exit and restart your phone. Sometimes it can take a lot (I mean a lot) of attempts to save.
