I have over 150gb in my piggyback. I have tried all day to top up our data but it just says error

I have over 159gb saved in my piggyback. I have been trying all day to top up our phones but it keeps saying error try again. I have tried on both my sky app and logging on the sky website. I've no idea how to sort it out

If you are unable to roll the date from the piggybank to your device then give Sky a call on 150 tomorrow so they can help you with this.
