I have lost my same sim
I have lost my sim somewhere in my house and cannot find it deactivate the sim and can you send me a new one to the same address as before and with the same number.

You can't order one via here so you will need to call Sky.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
