I have a new sim from Sky that I want to activate. I was previously with Virgin and was offered A better deal with Sky which I took up. It arrived through the post... I requested a PAC code from Virgin etc. it asked me to sign in to my sky account, but when I click on 'New Sim' it would only bring up my wife's phone's details... I clicked on manage sim and found a place to insert my PAC number, but it has not asked me for an activation code or sim number... I am left with no signal and am not sure if I have assigned the sim to my phone, my wife's phone or no phone! 🤷🏻♂️ Can somebody check for me please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYouy are going to need Sky about this because if it has only found your wife's number the transfer might go to her sim. The reason why this might have happened is because for whatever reason your sim wasn't ordered on the same account that her sim was on. 150 is the free number to use from her phone.
