We are customers here who help each other so we can't say what you are paying that. If you have only just phoned Sky up and got a discount out of them then it might not be shown on your next bill but might on the following months bill but back dated to the date you spoke to Sky so have you looked at your future bills ?

When did you renegotiate the contract? It can take 7 days to fully change the bill. I did this recently due to the price increase in Feb.
