Hi - I feel your pain. I couldn't get hold of Sky at all - just got stuck in a doom loop and it didn't matter what I did, I just couldn't get past the automated system.
I just had to wait until the debt collection agency contacted me by letter... they had a phone number and I got to speak to a really lovely person who chased the case up for me. It still took several goes though and the agency had to escalate it massively to get Sky to respond - it took ages.
In the end someone from the fraud department at Sky did phone me and sorted it all out including making sure it was taken off my credit score at Equifax etc too.
Good luck; I wish I could help you more!

Hi there,
Thank you for your reply, it reassures me that you have been in a similar situation and have it sorted. I'm going to try to go to a sky store to see if they can help or at least point me in the right direction. If they can't then I'll have to wait and try to do what you did.

Hi @Lisa-P1987, I am in the same situation Mille was in and would very much appreciate any assistance. My mother's identity was used to set up a fraudulent account and now she is receiving letters from sky and a debt collection agency. I have contacted action fraud and have received a crime reference number.
