One of my contacts
, a bank, has traced the OTP text from their system in Singapore through to Sky UK but cannot trace it from Sky to my phone. My IPhone 13 is correctly set up and texts enabled. A techie friend said that it may be Sky software that is stopping the text getting thru to me. Without the OTP I cannot operate my bank account whilst I'm on temporary posting in UK for the next 2 years. Anyone can help?😭
