I cannot access my mobile billing account. I would like to see my data usage and why I am charged. I think I am paying more than what I should. It etheir showing the page is restricted or I do not have a sky product.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Sorry for not getting back to my issue. Unfortunately until now I cannot open my mobile billing account. I follow everystep the app is asking me but it always end up "The page is retricted" or I do not have a Sky product. But I have a mobile contract with Sky at present. I am concern that I am billed more than I should and I am paying via direct debit. I am tempted to stop my direct debit since Sky keep saying I do not have a Sky product, anyway. It is becoming frustrating already.

The problem is I am not notified if they are available to chat. I need to log in back and they are not available to chat all the time.
