Discussion topic: I can’t sign the contracts for new devices, when I click the link it takes me to the sky mobile page

I have ordered 2 new devices through sky, it says I need to sign the contracts but when I click the link provided it just takes me to the homepage for Sky mobile, I've tried to find it but I'm running out of time to get the contract signed and the device's delivered. Can anyone help please x

Make sure you are signed in with the correct Sky ID as the button on this page as it should take you to it to sign:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/signing-a-sky-mobile-credit-agreement

Are you signed in with the correct Sky ID, have you linked your mobile account to your Sky ID:
