Why has my iPhone 14 all of a sudden decided that "I am on another call", I cannot use the phone to call out and no one can call me as they get the same message. I have taken the SIM card out and put it back in,I have rebooted the phone, and I have turned the phone off for20 minutes and then turned it back on again but still get the same message. I have updated the phone to ios18 and I am now updating it to iOS 26.1. I have no idea what is wrong. Phone is not in flight mode, or has do not disturb turned on. Phone is only 12 months old. Any assistance would be appreciated
