I’m afraid you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. Your post is a little unclear. Are you saying you've accidentally ordered an iPhone 14 and you want to cancel the order? If so, you will need to contact Sky to cancel it. If you order an alternative device you will be credit checked again.
