How to remove devices that have already been fully paid for?

I have two devices on my account that I've paid for in full. I need to know how to make them no longer appear on my account, or in other words, how to remove them.

@Holorio 

Only devices returned to Sky are removed but this can take months to happen.

 

Any others do not count as an activate device so shouldn't prevent you from ordering more.

But I'm having trouble requesting more devices. It says I've already reached the number of devices, and I have two devices fully paid for.

In that case @Holorio what you need to do is to call Sky from a phone that has a Sky sim in it on 150 and let them place the order for you.
