I thought I was changing my data plan but i was actually ordering a new sim as part of a data plan. I already have a sin and don't want to change it so how do I cancel the order?
Impossible to find the info in the contract etc.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sm1971 It's likely the sim may have been despatched, this being the case when you receive if you don't activate it you won't be charged and it will drop oiff the account after a few months.
To call Sky from you mobile you can dial 150.

Is the reply about ignoring the sim card and NOT activating it correct? Is it certain that I won't be billed and will it just become defunct? I have looked everywhere for instructions how to cancel the unactivated card but the form they provide for cancellation requires the telephone number which obviously doesn't exist if the card is not activated!! I can't believe how difficult Sky make things. Is there someone employed to find the most complicated and confusing way of bamboozling the customers?
I was talked into having the sim but looking at the info, I don't need or want it and wishe to return it with the least bit of fuss.
